Thank you for choosing our textbooks.
We are very excited about our latest series, Think BIG for Business. Recently, we added a new Shadowing Practice section for each unit and students expressed that these exercises really helped with pronunciation and using the vocabulary in context. Our goal is that Think BIG for Business will help usher in a new generation of bilingual entrepreneurs armed with the skills necessary to compete in the digital economy. My co-author Daniel J. Mills is an associate professor at Ritsumeikan University at their Shiga campus. He is also an avid real estate investor, having appeared on numerous personal finance podcasts, and is the co-creator of the Expat FIRE Club. Together, we host the Think BIG for Business Facebook Group which can be accessed here.
For those using A Single Step to English Communication textbook and workbook, I continue to upload new videos to the Single Step English YouTube channel that are aimed at helping our students. Additionally, I have unlisted role play videos for all of the listening/conversations used in the textbook. These can be used in class or assigned as self-study.
